Flames sign Maddie O’Hehir
Brydens Sydney Uni Flames are pleased to announce the signing of Maddie O’Hehir for the 2018-19 WNBL season.
The North Sydney Bears junior will formally join the group after a season as a development player in 2017-18, and two dominant seasons with the club’s development pathway team, the Sydney Uni Sparks.
The young, athletic guard runs the floor well and finishes well at the rim, averaging 9ppg in her most recent season playing SEABL with the Sparks.
O’Hehir, who has represented NSW Metro at various junior National Tournaments, is a current student at the University of Sydney (B. Commerce (Liberal Studies)) and member of the University’s Elite Athlete Program.
