Sarah Graham to play 200th WNBL game

November 15, 2018 | Sydney Flames news

Sarah Graham will be celebrated by the Brydens Sydney Uni Flames this weekend ahead of her 200th game in the WNBL.

At the Flames double header with the Sydney Kings at Qudos Bank Arena, the experienced guard will be acknowledged for her 10+ years in the league when Brydens Lawyers Principal, Lee Hagipantelis presents her with a framed memento of her 200 games.

In her impressive basketball career, Sarah has played for Dandenong, Logan (where she received the 2009 WNBL Rookie of the Year Award), the former West Coast Waves and of course, the Flames, where she was a part of the 2016-17 Championship winning team.

Assuming an integral role in the Flames squad this season, Sarah has contributed 28 points – eight of which were three-pointers.

In fact, this week past, her game-tying three-pointer earned her the WNBL’s iAthletic Power Play.

Join us in congratulating Sarah on this milestone, and be sure to catch her in action this weekend as the Flames look to notch a much-needed win against Bendigo.
