Adelaide sign WNBA talent for WNBL26

June 30, 2025 | WNBL news

Adelaide Lightning have signed Los Angeles Sparks forward Sania Feagin for WNBL26.

Their first import signing of the club this off-season, the 6’3” big will be the Lightning’s go-to threat under the basket.

Feagin collected an impressive resume during her four seasons with the South Caroline Gamecocks where she claimed two NCAA Championships (2022, ’24) and was named in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) All-Defensive Team.

In her final season, she averaged 8.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 1.3 assists per game for the Gamecocks. Her stellar collegiate success led to the WNBA Draft, being selected 21st overall to the Sparks where she has played in five of the teams’ 15 games this regular season.

With excellence touch and shooting form around the basket, the athleticism to protect the ring and playmaking abilities from the low block, Feagin will fit in perfectly next to Adelaide’s star forward Steph Talbot.

Feagin joins Talbot, Tayla Brazel and Dallas Loughridge on the Lightning’s 2025/26 roster. Follow all the latest WNBL moves via the Roster Tracker here.
