Explore your future in the sports industry.
The Careers in Sports workshops at the University of Canberra give high school students an inside look at the wide range of careers in sport — from coaching and performance to media, business, and beyond. Students will hear from professionals working across the industry, including UC Capitals staff, UC Student Advisors, and current sports students who’ve taken different study and career pathways.
These sessions are best suited to high school students, particularly those in Grades 10-12. Sessions are flexible and designed to suit a range of student interests and experience levels.
Location: On campus at the University of Canberra, Bruce, 2617
Duration: Around one hour, including 10–15 minutes for questions
Group Size: Ideally 12–24 students, but we can adapt for different group sizes
Cost: Free! Schools just need to organise transport to UC
For schools based regionally or unable to travel, online sessions can be arranged.
